Great process. Recruiter stayed in touch until after I provided a case study. They fell off and never provided a reply until a couple follow ups. By then I knew I wasn't a candidate by the complete silence. And after spending 5-7 hours on case study, I had to ask for feedback. Do better.

They put you through multiple interviews, only to change what they're looking for during the process. The role I interviewed for required experience and yet one of the interviewers was asking entry level questions like "how do you approach work you don't like to do.? If you make it far into the process you get a rejection, and even if you ask for feedback you don't get an answer. I spent months/multiple rounds only to get zero engagement on the rejection or reason why,
