What was good: I applied online from the careers website. The form was an easy step in the process. Was invited to a first round interview ten days later with a talent team member. She was great. I then heard back same day to be invited to the hiring manager round.
What was not good: when trying to find a shared available slot for a UK candidate (myself) with a west coast hiring manager proved to be problematic since there's not many overlapping time slots that were appropriate for UK hours. The coordinator proposed some slots that went up to 12 am BST with no regard to the candidate's experience. When I asked for clarity on working hours for this role, the team went silent. This was over 2.5+ weeks ago.
