I flew out once and the interviews were lined up, and very well conducted. We went from exploratory call to start within 1 month - nice job, MMI! I met with the head of Talent, as well as prospective team members, senior HR peers and business leaders. They asked great questions and gave candid responses to mine. I felt great about the process.
