First step was online application. After 2 weeks I recieved email with a phone interview date. A phone interview took about 20 minutes (questions about my previous experience, knowledge about company, salary, disposition etc.), some questions was in english (which is not my native language). Then I was invited for a face-to-face interview. The interview with two of team leaders took about 45 minutes. The most questions was about my past, university projects and favourite subjects. Three hours after F2F interview I had a call from headquaters (I guess) to ask about my feedback. A few weeks later I recieved e-mail about ending process (no offer). Very long and frustrating process.
