Most unprofessional interviewer I've ever phone screened with. She kept postponing the phone screen date and when she eventually called she wasn't audible, she didn't have my CV, she couldn't hear me, She was unprepared, etc. Am surprised that an unprepared interviewer will pass up a well prepared and organise interviewee.
