Mostly focus on the details of past work experience, and get into nuts of bolts about YOUR specific contribution - better know you subject really well. Ask to solve standard graduate level engineering problems on the spot - more important to show logical approach. Occasional theory questions on specific subjects. Overall, very intense and detail interview processes.
