      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Motorola Solutions (Madison, WI) nel mese di set 2013

      Colloquio

      A recruiter who I believe worked for an outside agency contacted me. All communication funneled through the recruiter. He setup an interview with the hiring manager which went well. The hiring manager worked remote in TX. I also met with 2 other team members at the Illinois campus. All the meetings were conference calls. There were obviously some conflicts going on when I met with the hiring manager everything seemed to be good and she had a vision for hiring a team, however when I met with other cross-functional team members they seemed to question why she was hiring and what expectations were. While I was told I could work remotely and visit the office near Chicago when I discussed this with the other team members they were not so agreeable. About 2 weeks after the initial interview Motorola Solutions was purchased by Zebra and that was the last I heard from the recruiter after emailing him. I was not given the hiring managers email so I could not ask her what happened. It was disappointing because I felt aligned with the hiring manages goals and would of supported her plans.
