The interview took a bit of time but the overall procedure was appropriate. It was a very good experience as they evaluated my overall personality apart from just the technical competence. The first stage was the resume shortlisting process which took about 15 days. This was followed by a questionnaire about my personality and ambitions. It consisted 6 questions which span the overall side of an individual. This process took the longest around 30 days. The final round was an 1:1 interview. The finals results were out within a week.
