Worst interview process. The HR over the phone told me that they will conduct three rounds.But here in Chennai they conducted only one round. But saw the positive experiences by the candidates in glassdoor and none was followed in that process. They may have already recruited the candidates. He started to ask questions related to technical on the paper presentation. But the HR over the phone said the paper presentation is only to check communication skills. But if I had known questions would be asked from presentation i would have prepared properly. Totally waste interview process.
