They described the job role to me and followed up by giving a very structured technical interview where they asked a set list of questions giving no response to my answers. Then they gave me a design problem with 30 minutes to come up with a solution, which I then went through explaining my solution.

Very structured with classic strengths/weaknesses based questions, what motivates you, why you applied to the company etc. A couple of technical questions including on safety and risk but nothing requiring calculations.

The first step involved doing many things as a group - in other words, a group exercise. Together, as a group, we did group-esque things such as group activities. Then I participated in an interview in which my behaviour was assessed in a non-technical manner - commonly referred to as an interview. Hope this helps!
