Simple enough that It will be hard if you don't prepare enough for such organisation. Basically, you have to complete the online application which involves questions by recruitment team which relates to your position applied for. Then you will have to complete online test, which are situational, numerical and verbal. Once you pass the test, only then the recruitment team will look into your application. When they think it matches their expectations, they will send your application to regional managers across UK. Once you're selected by the regional manager upon their available position, Mott Mac in house recruitment team will invite you for interview. Interviews are strength based interview so you won't need to worry much as long as you're being yourself at best. Integrity, motivation and good personality is what they are looking for. Simple enough that skills can be learned and you're also applying for graduate position. Once the strength based interview is done, the manager will invite a senior engineer from the discipline u applied for and will test how good you are in your discipline of engineering. Dress properly, (2 piece suit) and be on time. 15 to 10 mins in advance is advisable. You're not late and also you're respecting yourself by not being too early and waste your time sitting down and waiting for the interview. Relocation is another main factor as I presume you will need to travel a lot, either local or abroad. If you're not comfortable with being sent off to other branches, don't bother. There is no point lying to get a job. You will only hurt your career. Best of luck to everyone who are preparing for the interview with Mott Mac.
