Had to give two presentations, interviewed by a panel of 3 people. They provided me with a task to prepare a presentation based on a substation design. the other was based up something that you had previously worked on.

Followed the information provided in the pre-interview document. Very friendly. Most pleasant interview experience I have had to date. Began with introductions, followed by general questions, describe a time when etc. A few brief technical questions followed that.

Applied online and heard back about scheduling an interview fairly quickly. I enjoyed the interview a lot and was given a verbal offer at the end but was then ghosted which felt unprofessional and ultimately did not give me a positive impression of the company.
