Application sent in Oct/Nov '21, reviewed until January, interview invite for start of Feb '22, offer received a week later, and accepted. No assessment centre, just an interview after the application and taking some online tests. 90 minute interview (About 15-20min of it was me asking questions at the end). Not the usual STAR questions that you would practice/rehearse for. Focused on strength based questions so honesty needed but still being able to provide examples from work/studying experience. Interview with 2 people related to your applied position (usually directors or anyone high up).
