Basically a very informal chat, which was structured by a series of questions. Competency based. Interviewed by two people. First half of the interview was just questions and a chat. Break from interview to view the office and work areas, explanation of how things run. Final 15 minute written exercise on my own. Then fini.

why mott macdonald? and what do you know about our values
The first step involved doing many things as a group - in other words, a group exercise. Together, as a group, we did group-esque things such as group activities. Then I participated in an interview in which my behaviour was assessed in a non-technical manner - commonly referred to as an interview. Hope this helps!
