Mount Sinai takes a while to get back to you. I have had three interviews and am still waiting for another one. Sometimes they do respond right away, other times they don't. Haven't heard back.

I met with both the PI and the team members in separate interviews. During the process, they ask you about your goals and explain what the lab does. Be sure to demonstrate curiosity and interest!
