Had one interview and I was hired. It was mostly behavioral questions. The interview was not very long- probably 30-45 minutes. I think they desperately needed someone to start. I was surprised it was only one interview!

Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.

the interview process was great. takes a while to onboard. Overall the process was very straight forward. The onboarding team was very open to questions. There are a lot of things to turn in.
