Very relaxed. Environment was low pressure. The interviewer explained to me what sort of skills were required to be a ski instructor. It seemed like there were 2 important things. The first is how well you are dealing with people especially children. They are looking for people who can make other people enjoy their time while teaching. The second thing is they want to make sure that you have snowboarding skills.

3 Step hiring process but as long as you know how to snowboard, you should be hired. Be prepared to be outgoing and eccentric! You'll probably end up doing the hokey pokey. you should also know basic customer service
