      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Move Networks (American Fork, UT) nel mese di feb 2014

      Colloquio

I was contacted by an in-house recruiter and set up an interview for the next week. I ended up interviewing with the entire team in question. It was a good interview, though it became painfully obvious that they were floundering with how to go forward with the project and had no idea what they really wanted in a candidate. I then had a fabulous interview with a different manager who knew exactly what he wanted. The interview went so well, I was sure I was going to get an offer. I was called in for a third interview with more of the second team. It went very well. I was then called back in for a fourth interview with the CTO. It was interesting, but ultimately pointless. I then waited and waited and waited. I called several times. No answers. I dropped by in person. No answers. Finally, after two months, I was put on hold for several minutes and then the answer came back "we'll pass." Given the delay, I knew that was going to be the result, but given how good the second interview went and how many interviews I had, I wanted a direct and detailed response. All but the very first and last interviews are very positive. The first and last interviews were neutral. The overall experience, however, was unprofessional and negative and left me with a very bad impression of the company.
