A Skype call (10 minutes) and I was hired...
So you can imagine the amount of false positives they have (this is that they hire the wrong people for the job) and that makes them be a worse company

I didn't get any difficult questions just the average intro and I was hired

Phone interview with HR: very easy and straightforward. She was unable to answer specific questions regarding the company's business plans and operation processes.
Second interview at the office, face to face with Country Manager. He asked a few questions about my previous work experience and detailed questions about my previous company's investment rounds. I found that quite odd and unprofessional mostly because he wanted to know the exact amount received. I lied and told him I had no clue.

Had a phone interview and then went for an actual interview.
On the website they described the role as 'Junior Operations Manager' without a lot of information about what exactly you'd be doing on a daily basis. There's a reason for that: you're NOT applying to be a junior operations manager, you are in fact applying for a call center job.
The place is super crowded, far too many people in a small place. It was boiling hot, and looked very uncomfortable. We just had the interview in a sofa next to where everyone else was working. Not a bit of privacy. So much for professionalism.
Basically all you have to do all day long is be on the phone, talking to customers etc. They expect you to do overtime without any questions. Which is fine, if you get a decent salary. This is not the case at Move24. The maximum is 22k. Peanuts basically.
I doubt the people at Move24 have an idea of what an operations manager really is, because it sure isn't the same as being a phone agent. It angers me how they try to trick people to come for an interview by using a false title in their job vacancies.
They try to advertise themselves as a hip & trendy startup, but the place is more depressing than a Soviet gulag. Not recommended!

Received an email to book a phone interview, I booked in the interview, the recruiter then moved the interview 4 times. Interview was finally scheduled in on Tuesday morning, 5 minutes before the interview the recruiter moved it to the following day without explanation. The next day the recruiter was 20 minutes late to call, finally we spoke, I could barely hear a word she said and she booked me in for a Skype interview in a few days time. We agreed to 6pm, she then booked it for 8am.
Skype interview went ahead as planned, person interviewing was friendly enough and asked about my experience however then asked a lot of seemingly unrelated questions to the role.
5 days later received a generic email to say that they had considered my experience and qualifications and they "did not have a suitable position available". This was after I emailed the recruiter to chase up, no explanation or feedback.
Salary is 20k - 22k, this is not acceptable for the role on offer. They seem to try to be selling that its a new start up and that its cool and anyone should be grateful to be allowed to work there. In reality it appears to be a call centre booking Moving companies.
