The interview was quick and straightforward. The questions were geared more towards your alignment with the organization (i.e. shared progressive values, passion for fighting for progressive policies, etc.). I personally find this interview approach more comfortable than a standard live technical interview.

It only lasted 25 minutes. The interviewer (who would be my supervisor for the summer) was welcoming, and made a connection based on my previous experiences. I felt good about my performance in the interview.
