The hiring process was very quick. My resume was submitted about 3 weeks before my interview and it was expected that everything be dropped in terms of my current job and begin the following week at Movement Mortgage. There really was no option to reject the job as it felt more of an obligation than a job offer. Salary was quickly discussed without much detail or opportunity to negotiate. It was one interview with the Operations Manager that lasted about 30 minutes total. The receptionist was very friendly and engaging. The atmosphere was exciting in the lobby as investors and business partners were present to meet with the company president and discuss the future of the company. The hiring and interview process was very quick and pushy.

There weren't many unexpected questions that deviate from any normal interview. The company was in a position to grow rapidly and fill the seats and that is what the Operations Manager was doing. The interview was quick, to the point and job offered.
