Short video screening call (30m), followed by an "at home" exercise. "Final" interview was a hour long panel interview with 3 staff people (via Zoom). 2 of them would be directly reporting to the position I was applying for, the 3rd was a lateral position. During the final interview, the staff couldn't answer my questions about why the position was being hired or what they needed from someone in the position. They didn't have clear answers about the organizational strategy or other important issues. After the final interview, I was told I would get a response within a week. It took a full month and 2 emails from me following up to finally get a reply that they weren't going to hire me. Not the best run process by any means.
