Was contacted by a recruiter. Completed a quick minute interview with a few people to get to know then, then a technical interview a few days later with a few devs, then a few quick interviews a few days after that with the head of Product and the CEO. They were all easy to talk to and the devs knew how to do code interviews well. At no point did I feel flustered. I decided to stay with my current company, so I thanked them for the offer but declined it. Overall very positive experience.
