I was recommended by a friend who already worked as a Help Desk Analyst and he pretty much told me how the interview would go more or less and that there was nothing to really be stressed about. The actual interview was pretty easy, nothing "hard" was asked. I interview with three different supervisors and they were all friendly. Since I'm bilingual, one of the interviewers asked me to write and read in Spanish which was easy for me.
