      They indeed do not know what they are looking for. A lot of 'soft skills' related questions during all 4 interviews and decline based on 'soft skills' after the final round. What prevented them from this decision earlier? Looks like you should be a super hero but not just a middle developer who fullfills own job well for the salary really below the market.
