There was a phone interview that accessed your background. The second interview was another background interview and discussion of the position. The company never got back to me after the second interview, extremely unprofessional. Don't work here!!!

We always try to let applicants know within a few days one way or another regarding their status, but clearly we made a mistake here. We apologize for not following up with you.

It was really laid back. The most difficult part is when they ask you if you have XPath or Regular Expressions experience. I have since been a part of many interviews, and no one actually has experience until they learn it on the job here. It was one phone interview, one in person interview, and then you sit down with the CEO and talk for a minute.
