I began the hiring process with Mozio on February 19th. After completing the abstract test and assessment test, I had an interview on February 28th. The interview felt a little impersonal, as the recruiter did not have their camera on. I was told the next steps would take place around March 1st, but no one reached out as promised.
I tried following up several times and finally received an email on March 7th to schedule another interview for March 10th. After the interview with the Head of Operations, I was told I’d hear back by the end of that week. However, despite sending a follow-up email after a week of silence, I’ve not received any communication or updates as of March 28th.
The lack of transparency and consistent communication throughout the process has been disappointing. I hope Mozio considers improving its recruitment process and valuing the time and efforts of candidates.

After applying online, I was shortly contacted by the recruitment to submit the Abstract Reasoning Test and Assessment Test. After that, there was a 2-step Interview process with HR and the Head of Support. The overall process was handled professionally and was transparent at each step
