I received a call from HR for Mphasis Technical interview. HR scheduled interview on Saturday. The interview time slot was 30 min. But my interview finished hardly in 10 mins. Interviewer has asked me only 2 or 3 questions. During the interview there was an internet connectivity issue(in WFH scenario is very common and completely acceptable) from the interviewer side as the call has dropped multiple times.
After 2 3 days I reached out to the HR for a feedback but I have not recieved any response. So finally I dropped an email to the HR and the interviewer and I recieved the feedback that I have not been selected.This was unfair to me because there was an issue during the inetrview from interviewer side so I was hoping for another round of interview but unfortunetely instead of arranging the another round of interview they simply rejected me on the basis of 2 or 3 questions.
Interviewer has also intimated HR in the same mail chain "Tell the candidate to not to include the interviewer for the feedback review". This shows extremely unprofessional from the organization and interviewer. IF a candidate has given their valuable time for preparation as interview on weekend then personally I feel that before selecting or rejecting any candidate a proper interview needs to be carried out.
