Its very thorough. It makes sure the work environment is full of the brightest individuals only. The selection process for fresh grads is quite intense and tests knowledge about Business Technology and Math. The manager interview process is even more stringent and ensures the individual being hired is good at both people management as well as business. The managers are expected to be extremely hands on and if you are not ready to get your hands into serious coding/numbers crunching/insight generation this isn't the company for you.

It was difficult. But it was really something where I had to use my brain. There were questions focused mainly on maths and logic building. Maths statistics and probability were the key focus during the interview

Test gd and 2. Interview . It was in campus. Also hire off campus but m not aware of process. Company is good for fresher's. Rest all you can read on website
