2 steps interview with team members first and then a member of the leadership team. The questions are mostly mean to figure out your personality type. The whole interview unfolds in a very relaxed and conversational way. no technical questions

The first step was a telephone interview with one of the designers in the creative team, which was just a general chat about the role and the type of design work that Mudano do for clients and internal work they do. I actually requested this stage as I thought it made sense to talk to someone at the company first rather than just doing a design task straight away. The second stage was a design task. The task was designing a powerpoint presentation using the Mudano brand ppt template and assets. In my opinion the task was fairly straight forward and didn't take too much time to do. The third stage was meeting two of the designers in the creative team. This Interview was quite in-depth and was mainly talking about my portfolio and the design task. You'll be asked to talk through the design task and share your thought process. The final interview was meeting with one of the co-founders of the company. This interview was fairly relaxed and was mainly talking about how i'd fit in at Mudano and talking about Mudano's vision. I did go through my portfolio briefly but this was already covered in the previous interview. As a whole, the interview process went really smooth and I was contacted pretty much straight away if i got through to the next stage or not. Only thing I would advise is having a face to face interview at the beginning as its nice to get a feel from the start, what the team you'll be working with is like.
