Reached out via email and arranged a Skype interview, followed by an in-person interview within the week. They took care of all expenses including all travel and an overnight stay. The onsite interview was all day long and included lunch. I was rotated to interview with 12 different employees, from partners to associate partners to senior engineers and managers. I also got to see the lab.
