If you are from out of town, they will pay for the flight, and claim they will pay for the hotel, but you will arrive with nothing paid for, and have to fight to get reimbursed. (I still haven't been) Before you go, they will say you don't need to know their application, because they will train you once you're hired. They will also say you don't need to know much about API development or middleware, because nobody in the interview expects that, unless you've worked in that space. Then, when you get there for the presentation, they will grill you mercilessly on everything they said wouldn't be asked, and insist that you give them a demo of their product. This wasn't a job interview. It was an ambush.

The process starts with a few rounds of conference calls. They use Skype as their conferencing infrastructure, which means you need to have the software available. After the couple of rounds of conference calls, they'll ask you to make a presentation using their software and presentation software. Finally, in-person interviews.
