After applying online. Phone contact Talent Agent, we stepped through my understanding of Mulesoft, what functions it had, had I heard of an API and who they worked with.
Interview 1) gave me more understanding of the role, the day to day process. The relationship within the business how and how they work together.
Interview 2) Asked a range of questions straight off the page she was reading from
Interview 3) asking about my in-depth understanding of Mulesoft, did I like any case studies, how did this help businesses.
The role was offered to me, then taken away. At the final stage, the feedback that I was provided with was I would be more suited to a different function of the business. They had no role in that function - I was told to watch the job boards for anything that would come up with this other business function
It was a very poor way for a business of this calibre to handle the situation
Phone screening then Panel interview + mock cold call. The mock cold call was pretty hard. The interviewer gave me a lot of feedback. They also asked what I liked and did not like about sales which were difficult to answer.
