My interview process took 3 weeks. I had 5 interviews but this position usually has 3! First I had a phone call with Grace (Recruiter). Second was 1 hour long panel interview (included a mock call). Third interview was 30- minute interview with Director of Account Development. I had 2 additional interview, but it was just my personal case. It was the absolute best experience I ever had. Grace was guiding me through the process and she is a rockstar. She went above and beyond to make sure I’m ready for each step of the process. Every single person I met through my interview steps were great and I’m so excited to be part of Mulesoft

Recruiter phone screen, manager interview, regional vp interview, group interview, very clear communication from recruiter throughout entire process. Expectation of each step were set accurately, gave me plenty of prep help, great overall experience.
