As I came in a walk-in interview, I submitted my resume directly to HR rather than an online application process and immediately after that, I had to give a technical interview. The interview process is fine. It was a very good experience in the interview. I think the candidates are not being judged by just technical skills but also by ethics which is different than any other organization’s process. I don’t think that the recruitment process needs any improvement.

The interview process was straightforward and simple to comprehend. The fact that all the key questions were asked and the interviewer was really encouraging and supportive was the aspect of the interview that I appreciated the most. The interview environment was pleasant, which was very encouraging.
