Laziest, most impersonal interview process I've ever seen. I applied online and received a text the next day asking why they should Hite me. I responded professionally; shortly thereafter, I received an email stating they were moving forward with other qualified candidates. Their screening method, if one can even call it that, seemed ridiculous.
