The interview process was not a very pleasant one. The person interviewing was not even an employee of Answers. The whole interview took approximately 45 minutes. I had asked many questions; most of them she was not able to answer. She was not familiar with the company; how many people were in the company, how many people this position would be supporting. I was told my resume would be sent to the hiring manager and I would be scheduled for an interview the following week. She also told me that she was going to send me an email that will contain a link for me to take an online test. Three days later I received an email stating I was not chosen for the position. If you're going to have someone who is conducting these interviews; I would suggest they know a little more about the company and the position they are interviewing for.
