Had an initial screening call with a member of the talent / recruitment team, looking to see match for cultural fit, experiences and employment history. They found an imperfect fit, and set up with a recruitment team in another department. Recruiter genuinely felt as though they were acting in interest of applicant as opposed to gatekeeping, and did follow up with introduction to colleague in another department.

5 stages, calls with management, but also Account Executives. Internal recruiters are helpful in prepping for the interview, but call wasn't long and didn't really take much care. Also, can go AWOL for weeks with no information.
