Colloquio
1. Interview by recruiter.
2. Time-boxed challenge on a testing platform; on my own, not live, but time-boxed (90 minutes).
3. Technical discussion with hiring manager and a senior engineer (2x).
4. Offer.
The process lasted around 3 months in my case, but I think usually it takes shorter.
They were very nice all the time.
