Very lengthy interview process (10+ weeks) starting with the usual HR clearance & salary check, followed by hiring manager interview, then team interview, then follow up questions with the hiring manager again. I appreciated the thoroughness of the department interviews & that the hiring manager gave me ample opportunity to get to know the team & ask questions myself. However. the HR process seemed really disjointed & unprofessional. After 9 weeks & 4 interviews & being told by the hiring manager to expect an offer, instead I had ANOTHER really odd HR interview with a different HR person (interview #5) asking the same basic resume questions the 1st HR person asked at week 1! And, this 2nd HR person also asked “What is going to be the hardest part for you when working here”?” REALLY odd. After 10 weeks & 5 interviews, I FINALLY received an offer that was LESS money than I’m currently making. ummm ... NO!!!!
