First round: phone interview.
Second round: Techinical.
Third: Culture fit.
They focus more on problem-solving than actual technical prowess, which is a breath of fresh air, and it gave a lot of opportunity to more people. The questions are not easy by any mean, but I really like how engaging the interviewers are with your answering process.

Nice... but takes a lot of time to get back. to you. The hr knows a lot about the backgrouns of the position and seems to know what exactly to look for.
