Very concrete, to the point process. Following my application submission, I received a call from HR within a week. I scheduled an interview with HR, which led to a phone interview the following week, and then a group interview the following week, and an offer the following week. It was approx. a 3-4 week process.

The interview process consisted of one phone interview and two Skype interviews. It lasted over the course of about 2 weeks, and MDA was VERY accommodating of my tight schedule. All in all, it was a very simple process. All of the interviews were very easygoing and two-sided.
