The recruitment process consisted of two technical interviews. The first focused on code review, best practices, and database-related topics. The second was more about system design and architectural decisions. Both interviews were well-structured and conducted by experienced engineers who clearly knew what they were looking for. The questions were challenging but fair, and the overall atmosphere was professional and respectful. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely.

There were 3 stages: * Screening * Tech interview * Behavioural interview Communication on each step was smooth and as expected. Elina provided clear instructions and feedback. Technical questions were about my previous experience rather then raw knowledge.
