They found me through hired.com, the in-house recruiter called me and we had an initial interview. Then he sent me a coding challenge, a very involved react application with three pages, api calls, cors resolution, some styling, and global state required. They say it should be finished in two hours, which is frankly ridiculous (I have 5 years of production experience with react). I delivered a well-made react/redux/saga application with good styling. Several days later I got an email saying they weren't going to move forward, with no feedback as to why.
