Interview time given to me was 10:30. When i reached there, receptionist told me that your interview time is 12 o'clock. I requested her to make it early. She asked me to wait in the meeting room. After 10 mins, one person came and took my interview. He was looking uncomfortable to me. After interview, i checked his profile on LinkedIn and found that he has 2.5 years of experience where i have 4 years of experience. Looking like they sent the available person just to do formality. I called HR after some time and he told me that we are looking for the person who has conding knowledge where in JD, it was not mentioned at all. I don't know the reason behind this.
