The hiring and interview process has changed since my hiring. The process is probably going to be done by a non-GIS departmental management type or even someone from the human resources department. I'm not sure how it will be done in the future.

Didn't get any...maybe the practical GIS test in ESRI's ArcGIS software was the most challenging...know how to do GIS...not just know what it is!
