Pretty brief with standard questions about quota. Wanted to know where I sold and if I had existing business I could bring with me. Really straightforward with not a lot of probing. Wanted to know about experience with competition and buying groups.

Met with leadership team and they really were unsure if what they needed. It was a bunch of basic questions. It was clear they needed help but unsure of process.
