Application, phone interview, interview on location. I was asked to demonstrate how I would have a math lesson tutoring session and teach kids how to solve complex problems. My task was teaching how to solve a simple integral, the interviewer asked follow up questions about my methods until she understood.

You submit cv, they call you up and then you go for an interview. Just one interview. Ask someone you know that works there so they can recommend you then it's even easier.

Solve an easy math problem and teach the interviewer how you did it. Then just normal interview questions. The also asked about your background since you were going to work with children
