I walked in, and we went to the back office. We sat down, and he talked about himself for 20 minutes. About how he has been there 12 years of his life, and he loves it. Asked me about myself, why I like phones & meeting quotas.

It was really short and relaxed. It was rather short I guess they needed people to fill in the void. Not very professional and my interviewer was no ready. This should've been a red flag for me.
