Easy online interview. Questions were basic interview questions like tell me about yourself, long term goals, and what days you want to work. Would you add on a walk in patient. How many patients per hour. Quick response after the interview.

Basic interview overall. More so a personality type of interview that I’m sure most ODs would pass. Nothing clinical was asked whatsoever. Honestly I can’t imagine anyone would be declined an offer
